General Legal Conditions

The General Legal Conditions comprise the following clauses in conjunction with the Legal Conditions of Privacy and Cookies (hereinafter, the "Conditions of Use") that govern, among others, access and use of the website contained in the thelyflabs.com domain (hereinafter, the "Website").

Access and use of the Web implies acceptance, without reservations of any kind, as a USER of the Conditions of Use.

La sociedad se encuentra debidamente inscrita en el Registro Mercantil del Tribunal Municipal de Praga, sección C, expediente 435441, con número de identificación 239 34 352.

2.USER

The access and/or use of the Web attributes to any person the condition of "USER", who expressly and fully accepts each and every one of the Conditions of Use, including both those established for certain promotions as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookies, related to the purposes of processing personal data that the USER provides us. Please read them carefully.

To access and/or use the Web, the USER declares that he is of legal age and/or that he has the legal capacity to act in accordance with his National Law.

The USER, by accepting these Conditions of Use, expressly agrees to:

1. Not carry out any action intended to harm, block, damage, disable, overload, temporarily or permanently, the functionalities, tools, contents and/or the infrastructure of the Web in a way that prevents its normal use.

Do not use any of the materials and information contained on this website for illegal purposes and expressly prohibited in these Conditions of Use, as well as to the particular conditions that, if applicable, are established for certain applications and/or utilities and that are contrary to the rights and interests of The LYF Labs, its users and/or third parties.
3. Do not offer or distribute products and services, or make unsolicited advertising or commercial communications to other users or third parties.

The USER will be liable for all damages of any kind that The LYF Labs or any third party may suffer as a result of breaching any of the obligations to which the USER is subject by virtue of these Conditions of Use or the Law.

3. DATA PROTECTION

The LYF Labs cumple con lo dispuesto en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD), así como con la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, cuando resulte de aplicación, y vela por garantizar un correcto uso y tratamiento de los datos personales del USUARIO.

Para ello, junto a cada formulario de recogida de datos de carácter personal del USUARIO, The LYF Labs informará sobre la finalidad, base legal y tratamiento de los datos personales, así como la forma de ejercer sus derechos.

Likewise, The LYF Labs informs that it will request the consent of each USER regarding the storage and processing of their personal data for commercial purposes.

4. USE OF THE WEBSITE

thelyflabs.com provides access to a multitude of information about products and/or services, programs or data on the Internet.

The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal that extends to the registration necessary to access certain services or content. In said registry, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER can provide a password that The LYF Labs will not know and for which it will be responsible, committing to make diligent and confidential use of it.

The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services that The LYF Labs can offer through its website and with an enunciative but not limited character, not to use them to (i) engage in illegal activities, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) cause damage to the systems of The LYF Labs, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage; (iii) try to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

In case of total or partial breach by the USER of these Conditions of Use, The LYF Labs reserves the right to deny access without prior notice to the USER.

5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The LYF Labs por sí o como cesionaria/licenciataria en exclusiva, es titular de todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial de esta Web.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The LYF Labs se reserva la facultad de presentar las acciones civiles o penales que considere oportunas.

La relación entre The LYF Labs y el USUARIO se regirá por la normativa de la Unión Europea y la legislación aplicable. En caso de consumidores, se aplicará la normativa correspondiente a su país de residencia.
