  1. SHIPPING METHODS

HOME DELIVERY, once payment of the order has been verified, it will be sent to the postal delivery address provided by the USER-CLIENT. We will send you notifications by email to inform you of the status of your order within a period not exceeding 24 hours.

PACKAGE SHIPPING

Orders received before 4:00 p.m. will be shipped that same day, after this time the packages are shipped within 24 working hours after receipt of payment, through a private transport company with the respective tracking number sent. automatically to the same email where the order has been placed.

The package will arrive in 24/48 hours from the shipment of the package.

As a general rule, the package will be delivered before 7:00 p.m. in all orders placed in the peninsula.

Shipping is priced at €6, being free from €100 in the shopping cart (without discount coupon applied).

CANARY ISLANDS (48-72h)

Orders to the Canary Islands will be sent within the next 24 hours of receipt by private transport company, ID is required and we will attach the invoice to the package.

At this time we do not ship to the Canary Islands from the website, consult by email.

CEUTA/MELILLA- (48-72h)

  1. SHIPPING COSTS AND SHIPPING TIME

HOME SHIPPING expenses will vary depending on the location and weight, and the amounts and delivery times are stipulated in the sales offer for each product. In shipments to the peninsula the term is 24-48 hours. In shipments to other European countries the period is 5-7 days.

Shipments will be made solely and exclusively by Post or private transport company and it will be the USER-CLIENT who assumes the total shipping costs, except when it exceeds the amount established for free shipping or there is a more favorable promotional offer for the USER-CLIENT .

  1. CANCELLATIONS

The LYF Labs may accept the cancellation of any order as long as it has not been sent and according to the state of preparation of the same, for this you must communicate it through the following email address: contacto@thelyflabs.com

The LYF Labs may cancel the order if it has grounds to believe that the means of payment or the purpose of the purchase are not valid or lawful.

In this case, The LYF Labs will contact the USER-CLIENT and propose an alternative way to solve the detected irregularity.

Legal conditions of Return and Reimbursement

The purchase of any of the products offered in the Online Store implies acceptance, without reservations of any kind, as a USER-CLIENT of the Conditions of Use and Sale.

  1. RETURN

In accordance with current legislation, the USER-CLIENT will have the right to return any product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product.

The product must be unused and in perfect condition and including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the good will suffer a depreciation.

The USER-CLIENT will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the products that results from handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods purchased.

In no case will the money be refunded for flower products if they have been opened.

  1. REFUND

The amount will be reimbursed in the terms established in RDL 1/2007 and through the same means of payment that the USER-CLIENT used to make the purchase.

For any form of return, the merchandise will be reviewed at The LYF Labs facilities. Once its correct condition has been verified, the amount will be refunded less shipping costs, according to the payment method made by the USER-CLIENT within a period of time no more than 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned merchandise.

The LYF Labs will bear the direct cost of the return in the event of a shipping error or manufacturing defect. To do this, The LYF Labs will take charge of the shipment and, after verifying the validity of the error or manufacturing defect of the product, will pay the amount equivalent to the shipping costs subject to the return of the product at the expense of the USER-CLIENT.

In the case of no manufacturing defect or shipping error, the USER-CLIENT will be responsible for the shipping costs to change or return your order within the aforementioned period of legal guarantee of return of products, in accordance with current regulations. .
